What could be more fun than drinking beer at 10 am? Drinking brandy and grappa! We just got back from Clear Creek Distillery in Portland where they have been making award winning spirits for 25 years. With a staff of only 8, this certainly feels like a family business, but they actually seem to like each other. The spirits were fantastic (Ma - look for Fed Ex package #1 to arrive this week maybe). One of the people who worked there is leaving, so if we don't come home it is because Chris got a job there. Back after lunch at a brewpub!
