A Day in Maine - Part 3: Portland Head Light!
We headed to Portland Head Light for a little sightseeing. Portland Head Light is the first commissioned lighthouse in the country, by George Washington in 1790. It was the second finished and is still a working lighthouse and (now) a museum. Absolutely gorgeous views of the coast and lighthouse. Beautiful day. For sure.
